  • In any case if customer does not want our services or wants to cancelled the service that supposed to be provided in future, In that case company is liable to charge amount on work done, rest shall be refunded to the customer.



Work is not assigned : Generally that is not the case that happens it is a rare happening but in case this situation occurs we refund 100% payment to our customer.

Cancelation of the order: Due to some unavoidable circumstances that occurs on writers end, death, unwellness, urgency or unavoidable situation, refund shall be granted 100-75% of total amount or the portion of the work remaining in ration of work done and amount paid.

Late delivery:Under some circumstances if the late delivery has been made, due to illness or any other emergencies from writers side, customer will be eligible for appropriate refund amount.
